How I read tarot

I don’t use tarot to predict the future or tell you what will happen.

Instead, I read the cards the way you might read a scene in a story.

The figures in the cards look at each other, turn away, reach out, withdraw, hesitate, or move forward — and those gestures reflect the moment you’re standing in. My work is to bring that moment to life so you can see it clearly.

This approach doesn’t take your power away.

You make your own future.

The cards simply help you understand the landscape you’re navigating right now.

How my readings differ from predictive tarot

Most people are used to tarot being described as fortune-telling:

“Will he come back?”

“What will happen next?”

“What is my destiny?”

But tarot cannot answer those questions honestly, so I don’t offer this.

I don’t believe in it. And I won’t pretend to — especially when someone is hurting or vulnerable.

What my readings actually do

Explore what’s happening within you.

Reveal emotional and relational dynamics.

Show the inner conflicts and possibilities at play.

Help you understand the moment you’re in.

Support clear, empowered decision-making.

This gives you clarity without taking away your agency.

What a reading with me looks like

Cards drawn: The Juggler, The World, Page of Swords

Topic: Stepping away from a relationship, and wondering what comes next.

The Magician — A person who didn’t truly see you

This figure stands at his table, surrounded by tools, but his attention is elsewhere.

He’s lively, interesting, but not present.

He seems more absorbed in his own world than in the relationship.

He represents the partner you stepped away from: charming but distracted, involved but ultimately unavailable.

The World — You moving forward, but looking back

Here you are: stepping through a doorway into a new phase.

There is confidence and self-possession in your movement, but your head is turned back.

It’s the moment we all know well: your body moves on, but your heart wants to know if the other person even noticed the shift.

Your glance back is not about regret — it’s about wondering if you were ever truly seen.

Page of Swords — Someone (or some part of you) who sees you clearly

Unlike the Juggler, the Page notices you.

He observes your movement, your vulnerability, your honesty.

His posture is attentive, not distracted.

In your life, this could be someone new who is capable of presence or the part of you that is ready to engage with someone who truly sees you.

What this scene reveals

Together, the cards create a simple, powerful story:

You left because you weren’t being seen.

You’re still glancing back for acknowledgment or understanding.

And you’re moving toward an energy that offers attention, clarity, and presence.

This is not a prediction.

It’s a mirror of your emotional moment — a place of understanding from which you decide what comes next.
